The upgrading of the automation system of trim salon No. 2 for Iran Khodro, was executed by TAM’s experts in the shortest possible amount of time.
The updating of the automation system of Iran Khodro trim salon No. 2 was fulfilled through the efforts of the experts of TAM Iran Khodro Company in the shortest possible amount of time.
Initially, it was supposed to take a month for this project to be fully executed. However thanks to the constant around the clock attempts of the project team in TAM, the installation and commissioning was executed without any interruption in the production process, only within 17 days.
The second trim salon’s automation system in Iran Khodro was initially installed and launched by a Japanese company based on the Fuji control system in the year 1999. That being said, recently it had developed many defects in supply of parts and other technical areas. This system was replaced on the basis of prior, yet similar experiences, and obviously thanks to the technical knowledge of TAM’s experts and essentially the latest Siemens control system all throughout the hall.
This project has brought significant achievements that have indeed lead to the full satisfaction of the employer.
Achievements such as:
Increase in productivity, reducing stoppage caused by the depreciation of the old system in the production line and reaching the set goals of increasing the production capacity of Iran Khodro in 2023 and saving money in the latter repair and maintenance of the equipment for this project.
