The contract for the 230/20 kV substation project between Behin Kavosh Samin Company (as the employer) and TAM Iran Khodro Company (as the contractor) was signed.
The 230/20 kV substation project of Behine Kavosh Samin Company includes design and engineering services, procurement of materials and equipment, civil works, installation, and commissioning of the 230/20 kV substation in the Ofogh Industrial Park, located in Abhar, Zanjan Province.
The project is valued at over 6,500 billion rials, and TAM is expected to complete it within 9 months.
This substation will feature two full one-and-a-half breaker diameters with a 230 kV line entry and exit, two transformers with a capacity of 100 MVA each, and 23 20 kV feeders equipped with a DCS control system.
The project aims to provide power for the Abhar Ferrosilicon factory, which has an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons in Abhar County.
