Reconstruction, Renovation and Modification of Vacuum Degassing System

In order to produce steels with higher added value and rail production, ESCO had a
plan to equip its meltshop with a vacuum degassing system. Due to the high
technical knowledge and experience in this field, The Austrian Company INTECO,
was invited by Esfahan steel company for the project. Since INTECO had a
successful work experience with TAM And given the unique capabilities of TAM
Company in high‐tech projects execution, INTECO introduced TAM as his exclusive
partner to ESCO.
This project includes TAM integrated engineering for evaluation the current plant,
identifying usable parts design and manufacturing new equipment, installation
and commissioning of the whole unit.
Duration of the project is 14 months and the cost estimation is about 160 million
dollars.
