The project objective was to design and producing P206 SD for the first time in IranKhodro Plant. Production capacity was 25 v/h and fully automated including welding robots and handling systems such as shuttles and conveyors. Design and production process of car was mutualy cooperated with IKCO Development centre and Peugeot France including layout, stationnary process design and required system such as welding fixtures, handleing systems, 3D stands for dimentional QC, Mechanical and electrical utilities, powers welding guns and robots installation,commisioning and ramp up.
